My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was clean and adequate but didn't have much natural light and a small size. The location, however, was vibrant and ideal, right in the heart of Chueca with plenty of gay-friendly venues. Unfortunately, the service was quite lacking, with unhelpful staff and restrictions on common areas like the lobby for guests with pets. The dining options were limited, and the pricing seemed a bit high for what was offered.

The hotel is perfectly situated just off the Main Street, within walking distance to all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are nice, quiet, and spacious enough, offering a view of the Chueca square. I was delighted with the vibrant atmosphere surrounding the hotel, situated right above a charming tapas bar that opens onto the lively square.
