Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was clean and adequate but didn't have much natural light and a small size. The location, however, was vibrant and ideal, right in the heart of Chueca with plenty of gay-friendly venues. Unfortunately, the service was quite lacking, with unhelpful staff and restrictions on common areas like the lobby for guests with pets. The dining options were limited, and the pricing seemed a bit high for what was offered.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit small, were clean and equipped with working amenities, though the noise at night was a challenge. The service was friendly and attentive, despite a minor misunderstanding. The location was lively but noisy at times. The dining experience was average, offering limited choices. Overall, the hotel provided good value for its price and location.
The hotel is perfectly situated just off the Main Street, within walking distance to all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are nice, quiet, and spacious enough, offering a view of the Chueca square. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was a slight issue with the reception on the morning of my check-out. The location is fantastic, just by the main square where everyone gathers, providing easy access to taxis or nearby attractions. The dining options were fairly priced but lacked variety in quality. Overall, a great stay for a short visit.
I was delighted with the vibrant atmosphere surrounding the hotel, situated right above a charming tapas bar that opens onto the lively square. The rooms, though basic with no luxury touches, were clean and nice, offering exceptional value for the budget-conscious traveler. However, being on the first floor facing a street with noisy weekend music until midnight was a downside.
The hotel had probably the cleanest and most comfortable room my friends and I have stayed in, with 1 queen-size bed for my parents. The room was very clean and had A/C, which was needed at this time of year. It was always spotlessly clean, with daily bed sheets change and fresh towels every day.
